Concerts, Festivals, Clubs,
Guitar
Workshops, and individual teaching.
Hi, welcome to Sonny Black's official site,
Performer:
After years of playing and touring with his band, Sonny Black has reverted to
his roots and now plays solo acoustic guitar at gigs, festivals, concerts and
exhibitions. Two things you can be assured of:
- You'll be amazed at what a single guitar/guitarist can do
- You'll be entertained !
Teacher:
Sonny is also widely regarded as a guitar teacher at workshops, and individual
tuition lessons.
Whatever your level, you'll learn a lot, remember it, and enjoy the experience.
Quote from Sonny :
"The acoustic guitar is like my own little
orchestra in a box and I love the challenge of trying to make it sound like one.
Along with my family, it is, my passion and one which has given me so much in
difficult times.
Sessions on Radio 2s Johnny Walker
and
Paul Jones R&B Shows have helped me reach a wide audience and I am
also very grateful for the support of Blues In Britain (UK), and
Blues Review (USA) magazines as well as Small Planet Music."
